Sales Manager (Transportation or commercial software platform field)


• A good knowledge of the Transportation processes of customers
• Experience in B2B sales of commercial software
• Master language English. Any additional language is a plus

• Drive field sales, inside (tele) sales, customer support and indirect sales partners (channel) through all Sales AND marketing actions and campaigns (both online and offline), to be conducted in respect of customer’s satisfaction and loyalty
• Put additional drive for generating leads and sales of secondary services from sister companies
• Participate to the annual sales budget building
• As main responsibility, achieve the sales budget targets
• Manage the sales and marketing actions to fulfill the sales targets; in compliance with these targets:
– Plan the actions
– Coordinate the execution
• Part of management activities: product development consultations, business analysis, reporting, business intelligence

Organizational Boundaries:
• Position is part of the client management team
• Position is aligned with IT Manager, Client Service Manager and Safety Manager
• Position manages (direct reports):
– Marketing manager
– Business Development Manager
– Account Manager
– Customer care operators, who process the outbound unsolicited communications to limit the interruption of service consuming
