Accountant/AP Operations Manager


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SCC/BPO in a managerial position
• Strong finance and accounting acumen and IFRS knowledge
• ACCA , CECCAR qualification is a plus
• English language – advanced level; one of these languages Italian/ French/ German language is considered a plus
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Relevant experience in process improvement and operations excellence
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals
• Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills


• Improve processes and policies to support the organizational goals
• Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
• Work towards optimization of the accounts payable operations
• Establish KPIs and analytics to effectively measure the process and team performance
• Responsible to make effective the recommendations and action plans to mitigate risks
• Ensure constant liaison and robust communication with various internal and external stakeholders
• Key contributor and member of the Group project in the P2P area
• Participate in the talent selection and ensure a continuous development of team skills and capabilities
