ASSISTANT MANAGER for an Italian company

Requirements

  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong processing skills, quick and accurate data entry speeds
  • Very good PC skills
  • Very good English knowledge, Italian is  not mandatory, but is a plus
  • Self driven, intelligent, dynamic, capable, responsible, communicative, organized person
  • Experience on similar position, any additional skills such us programs for editing images and brochures, editing /maintenance documentation on web site, primary accounting or relationship with ditributors is a plus
  • Drivind B license is a plus
  • Willing to travel for short business trips in Romania and abroad

Responsibilities

  •  Maintaining and create contacts with various distributors and suppliers worlwide
  •  Editing /maintenance documentation on web site
  •  Manage all the office activities for the company in Romania
